The Inaugural Fit Fest 5k Run and Walk

This race is part of the Fit Fest to be held at Ritter Park starting at 4pm.  The race will start at 6pm by the shelter.  Soon we will have the race brochure on-line here or by going to www.tristateracer.com.

The event will help promote and begin fund raising for the Paul Ambrose Trail for Health  (www.paulambrosetrailforhealth.org).  Dr. Ambrose died on 9/11 and at the time was heavily involved in planning for community health.
