Age groups and distances:

6-7: Swim 50 yards, Bike 2 miles, Run 1 mile

8-9: Swim 50 yards, Bike 2 miles, Run 1 mile

10-11: Swim 100 yards, Bike 6 miles, Run 2 miles

12-14: Swim 100 yards, Bike 6 miles, Run 2miles

(The 6-7 age group and 8-9 age group compete together but awards will be separate for both male and female finishers;  the 10-11 and 12-14 will do the same)
